On Saturday, April 7, 2012, the people of
Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church gathered
to celebrate the Great Vigil of Easter.
Together, we celebrated the Lighting of the
Great Fire and Paschal Candle, the
Recounting of Salvation History, the
Baptismal Renewal, the Return of Alleluia
and the Lord's Supper.

ALLELUIA! THANKS BE TO GOD FOR THE
NEWLY BAPTIZED especially Stephone
Jamison, Andrew Jamison, Barrington “C.J.”
Bailey and Gabrielle Amill. We continue to
pray for them and all our young people as
the Lord continues to work in their lives.
Please come and join us each week at 10 AM
and especially on May 27, 2012, when we will
celebrate the Confirmation of FIFTEEN of our
young people, along with two adults, at the
Feast of Pentecost.
CONFIRMATION CELEBRATION! On
Sunday, May 27, 2012 at 10AM, we will have
our liturgy celebrating the Feast of
Pentecost, where we will witness and welcome
our newly confirmed in the faith. With a
class of 17, we will have one of the largest
classes in the history of Trinity
Evangelical Lutheran Church. We rejoice is
witnessing the work of our Lord together.
Following the liturgy, we gather in the
undercroft for our Confirmation Celebration.
This is a wonderful time to celebrate the
giving of the Holy Spirit to the disciples
while also giving thanks for those who are
newly confirmed in Christ Jesus! Please feel
free to invite all to enjoy this wonderful
celebration feast at Trinity as we give
thanks for this wonderful time together,
continuing to receive and share God's gifts!
